The 20th century was built on steel. The 21st century will be built on quantum technologies, microelectronics, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing.
Quantum technologies unlock capabilities beyond the limits of digital systems. Realizing them at scale requires an industrial base built for it, and this region is that platform.
